With every detail in mind, the Tailored Package will create a cohesive design plan with a look and feel unique to you. We take great joy in fashioning an extravagant floral design using flowers grown in our own gardens and weaving other elements and embellishments throughout the venue. With access to a vast inventory of decor items, our extensive flower gardens, and an assortment of other rental items such as dinnerware, arbors, and vintage furniture, this Tailored Package can pull together a synchronized vision.
The Tailored Decorating Package is a personalized approach to your wedding decorating needs and is customizable from beginning to end.
We create a cohesive design to your event from florals to decor to accents. Though bouquets are not included in this package, we coordinate with those style and color palette to weave your elements throughout. Check with HPF for any of your bouquet needs too.

- 15 Tables (or less) – 13 farmhouse tables/2 rounds – Approx. 100 Guests – starting at $2500
- 21 Tables (or less) – 13 Farmhouse Tables/9 rounds – Approx. 150 Guests – starting at $3300
- 25 Maximum Tables – 13 Farmhouse/12 round – Approx. 175 Guests – starting at Over 150 (maximum 25 reception tables – 13 farmhouse tables/ 12 rounds) $3700

With the Tailored Package, we want to plan for the whole pictures and we will have conversations with you about working in your vision in all areas. Though we do not include dinnerware into this price, for example, there are reasons to discuss these options and how it all fits into the scheme of your design. Whether this is adding on our china package and goblets or in making suggestions on what your caterer brings, we want to help paint the full picture.
what is not included in this tailored package
Listed below are typically responsibilities not included in the Tailored Decorating Package but if needed, we can add these items or add extra staffing to accomplish them. If your caterer is bringing dinnerware, they will be responsible for it. If you are adding on HPF china and goblets, then we will be responsible for it and stylize its placement.
- Sign-In Items and Pens – Provide appropriate type of pen for specific surface needed.
- Table Assignment Cards – I can display them on a frame/vintage door and provide table numbers.
- Plates, Silverware, Cups (Check our Rentals page for in-house options.)
- Setting out your dinnerware.
- Catering Related: Buffet or Appetizer food table decor or linens, serving utensils, decanters or ice buckets not included.
- Send-off items like sparklers, glow-sticks, or petals (though I can display them for you).
- Favors
- Personal florals (bouquets, bouts, etc.) or arbor embellishments.
Note: Do not bring items that would require us to assemble it. Make sure we know ahead of time the personal extra items that you are bringing so we have calculated the time needed or so we don’t have double items. Label boxes as thoroughly as possible.

Send in $250 deposit by check or Venmo payment. Payment is to The Barn at High Point Farms. In the memo section put your name and DEC. Once that has been mailed in, email us with your intentions to add-on the Tailored Decorating Package. Include 5-6 inspiratiton pictures for your wedding, your estimated guest count, and a color palette photo showing your colors (both primary as well as any complimenting hues). If you are unsure about your color palette, don’t fret. We can discuss this further once we set up a phone chat or in-person meeting. We will begin to build a plan of action for your personalized decorating design. Balance of your decorating package is not due until 30 days ahead of your wedding date.
