These top three will be revealed one at a time and over the course of only a few days. Check the blog to see the latest picture but remember to refresh the page so you get the latest edit. It was so difficult to pick our very, very best photos of any year, and this year was no different. We hope you enjoy these and agree. Let’s go!
First Place: Sara Green Photography
The mountain at sunset is one of our favorite photo shots. Katie and Jayce reaped the benefits of those few weeks in April when the red clover puts on a show in the hayfield. Their photographer, Sara Green Photography, managed to time this shot perfect with the sun just barely beeping over the mountain prior to sunset. The lighting on this photo is perfectly where the setting sun is teetering at the mountain’s edge. Again as in some of our other favorites, the photographer is able to dance with the light so it seems to show on each and every blade of grass in that field. Jayce rose to the occasion by being coordinated enough to pick up his bride AND give her a great kiss. Many elements and great talent – all come together for our Best of 2025 photo. Congratulations!
second place: take time photo
Holly and Noah have snuck away into the grove for some alone time. The setting is, of course, stunning here with the tree foliage and cafe lights in the background. The foreground shows off her bridal grown along with the sweetness of them two holding hands so tenderly. So much that makes this a runner up is the way the photographer is dancing with the lighting effects and has done a wonderful job bringing it altogether. It just shouts “love” when I see it.
Third Place: HLS Photography
Once again, the photos within the garden are often the best ones. The artistry of this photo where the intense colors of the flowers and the way the sun is popping off of each bloom, leaf, her veil, and even her long hair make it a standout. Of course, a very romantic couple kissing in the foreground certain helps. If we voted again next month, this one could just has easily been shifted to first place. It will certainly be placed on our website. Congratulations to Sadie and Brandon!
