First up is Lexy and Tristen holding a newborn baby goat; a pretty special treat for anyone but extra special for an animal lover bride on her wedding day. Lexy was over the top thrilled with this opportunity. Holding a baby goat on your wedding day is not so common here but typically amongst wedding photos – unique for sure. This ecstatic exuberance on their faces along with holding such a tiny goat helps stand out as amazing. Photo credit: Golden Hour Images
Secondly, this Spring wedding photo for Katie & Jayce just jumps off the page. The amazing foliage lets the sunlight reflect on virtually every leaf creating a razzle dazzle background effect. The red bridesmaids’ dresses also pop with color, but of course, the main attraction is a beautiful dipping kiss in the aisle. Gorgeous! Photo Credit: Sara Green Photography
We don’t often select a photo without a person in it, but this bridal gown photo was an exception. This photo is on the stage by this amazing vintage “general store” doors that adorn the front of that area. With all of the textures in the hanging greenery and the bridal gown with embroidery leaves to blend, it just becomes striking. Even the bouquet sitting at the bottom adds a perfect touch too. All of our florals around the venue can make some amazing photos, for sure. Being engulfed within the flowers can often go the extra mile for the couple who doesn’t mind getting “into” the garden like Melanie and Travis. Photo Credit: Christina Jackson Photography
I love, love this type of bridal gown with those long and intricate trains. This photo should be in the designer’s magazine. If I knew them, I would send it to them. Ivy shows it off wonderful and again, this photo near the garden just accentuates the look.
This photo has all of the elements that make an exceptional photo. In fact, it almost made in the top three. Every inch of this photo is perfect. Michelle had several photos in her gallery here on the farmhouse porch, but this one with the veil blowing made it the clear pick. Just look at all of the details in this from the fall foliage in the background, the various colors, greenery, vines, and old brick surrounding the main focus – the stunning bride.
Please comment on any of these photos and which you like best. Stay tuned for Part II coming soon to show you a few more, and Part III to reveal our top three picks.
