Photo Gallery from Meredith & Cody’s Wedding – by Mile Marker Images

Meredith and Cody by good fortune picked a beautiful day to have a wedding.  The farm was in full bloom with color popping in area of the farm and in every photo in the gallery.

These photographers do find the most unusual places to hang the wedding dress but this one stands out as a bit unique.  In many ways, this captures much of what sort of place we are; a real barn, a facility that blurs the lines of in and out, a venue that places as much important on our landscaping as in our decor, and one that somehow achieves a good mix of rustic and elegance.

This shows the opposite angle of the dress hanging.

This is the highest peak of Lookout Mountain – that starts in Chattanooga by the Incline and goes 100 miles into Alabama to Gadsden.  We are in the shadow of Lookout Mountain, yes, but our community is called High Point.

When you have planned and partied, lined up your preacher and got your permit, your primped and prepped…..the only thing left to do this is to pray.  It is a fortunate bride who has a whole room full of friends who care for her enough to pray over her.

The wedding was set for the grove – looking towards the pasture.  We love this arching effect, we refer to it as “a horseshoe layout.”  I give Kudos to Al Harris (of Mile Marker Images) who actually climbed up into the tree to take this angle of the layout – but it works!

Wave the magic wand – now there are people sitting in the seats awaiting the bride.

Now – off on my golf buggy to take a few photos further away from the farm.  Let’s see what we can find.

Meredith looks like an angel and Cody looks like he won the lottery!  I think it is true about both of them.

Meredith had a curious audience who came closer to watch the photo shoot.

Hey Meredith – I think String Bean wants a kiss too!

Time for the bride and groom introduction – then time to eat and party.

Several really good photos of the barn at night.  There is enough lighting to play one more round of cornhole – dontcha think?

First dance – sweet, gentle, tender…..good job Cody!

Just enough time for a sparkler send off and one more really good kiss.

Thanks to Al at Mile Marker Images for sharing his photos with me so generously AND to Meredith and Cody for weaving us so beautifully into your most special day of all times!  We are blessed and honored!                                                        ~ Margie
